From August 2019 - June 2020, I was a Directing and Dramaturgy Intern at Portland Stage in Portland, Maine.

During this time, I helped read and write script evaluations for plays submitted to the Little Festival of the Unexpected and the Clauder Competition. I also assistant directed and dramaturged  two mainstage productions and one Little Fest workshop. The first was a new play development opportunity, Read to Me by Brendan Pelsue directed by Rory Pelsue. The second was Almost, Maine by John Cariani featuring John Cariani. For Little Fest, I worked on Mariana's Trench by Scott C. Sickles directed by Kevin R. Free.
Along with the assistant directing positions, I was an editor and contributor for PlayNotes, an educational guide for audiences and teachers who bring students to see our shows throughout the season.
